Basic Policy
Kotora Net LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this policy for the handling of user information in Kotora Dance Player (the “App”).
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require registration and does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address.
The App does not include advertising SDKs, usage-tracking analytics SDKs, crash-reporting SDKs, or code that sends logs externally. It does not display advertising or track user behavior.
The App stores rotation and mirror settings for selected videos, along with music playback speed, repeat, shuffle, and count-in settings, on your device. To distinguish videos stored on the device, a setting key may use a file name, file size, modification date, or local asset identifier. The App does not send these settings to our servers and does not save playback history.
2. Access to Photos, Videos, and Music
Access to your photo and video library is used only so that you can select a video for dance practice. On Android, music access is used to display music stored on your device. The App can also play files that you explicitly select with the system file picker.
Selected videos and music are processed and played on your device. The App does not upload or transmit your media to our servers.
3. Network Communication
The App’s current features do not transmit user information, videos, music, usage information, or crash logs externally. The development framework may include general network permissions and development modules, but the production app does not implement collection or transmission of this information. Independent delivery of app update data is also disabled.
4. Advertising and Third-Party Disclosure
The App does not display advertising. We do not provide personal information obtained through the App to third parties, except when disclosure is required by law.
5. Security
Settings saved by the App are stored in an app-specific area provided by the operating system. You are responsible for protecting your device with an appropriate passcode and other security settings.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy in response to changes in App features, laws, or store requirements. We will announce significant changes on our official website, the App’s listing page, or through another appropriate method.
